A well-lit room is not a room with a million lights in it. In order for
a space to be fully appreciated, elements need to be balanced so that

friends enter it. Balancing light levels and types of lights will make
the room more enjoyable, dramatic and useful.

By employing a wide range of lighting types from micro sized recessed
lights to xenon cabinet lighting, AVT can accentuate any aspect of your
home. We have fixtures that can pivot 90 degrees vertically and 360 degrees
horizontally to illuminate any piece of artwork you have. Using recessed
pin-spots we can provide quality reading light that doesn’t glare
at you or reflect off your TV. Adding mini-fixtures to your bookshelves
provides cozy ambient light as well as creating a great display area.
Artwork should have smooth even pools of light over them and we can provide
just that by balancing the right lamp with any of a selection of filters
and lenses.
We Keep It Simple
Any given room in your house gets used several different ways - we know
that. Sometimes you’re watching a movie, other times the kids are
doing homework or maybe you’ve just finished a dynamite dinner with
friends and want to lounge a while. Each of these scenarios requires it's
own combination of light levels. We don’t expect you to remember
that the art lights are supposed to be at 60% and the overhead lights
at 40% while the cabinet lights are running around 80%. To make these
setting easy to call back we specify the Lutron Grafik Eye system for
our better lighting projects. These lighting controls make calling up
a lighting scene easier than using your car stereo – just a touch
of a button! Custom engraved buttons adds a final touch of elegance to
your system. For those of you that want a real high WOW factor we can
also build this system into your theater control system.
